Steven Messer Joins Yetter Coleman As Its Newest Associate

We are pleased to welcome Steven Messer, who joins the firm as our newest associate focused on complex commercial litigation including oil and gas litigation, trade secret and environmental disputes.

Steven graduated cum laude from University of Pennsylvania Law School where he served as Editor-in-Chief for its Journal of Business Law. He also clerked for the Hon. Lee H. Rosenthal, U.S. District Judge, Southern District of Texas. Steven most recently was an associate with Haynes and Boone in Houston.

Yetter Coleman focuses exclusively on high-stakes business and technology litigation for plaintiffs and defendants in a broad spectrum of matters, with particular focus on contract and business torts, appellate, intellectual property, and antitrust and securities litigation for clients involved in the energy, technology, and financial services industries.
