Yetter Coleman assists longtime utility client to secure $922 million in additional recovery of "stranded costs," on appeal to Texas Supreme Court

Yetter Coleman assisted CenterPoint Energy in its appeal to the Texas Supreme Court which ruled to reverse in part the “stranded costs” associated a 2004 ruling by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) that required it to write off $950 million after taxes.

Yetter Coleman’s appellate team included Greg Coleman, Christopher Ward, Marc Tabolsky, Autry Ross and Dori Goldman.
