Yetter Coleman Promotes Cam Barker and Jim Zucker to Its Partnership

Yetter Coleman is pleased to announce that two lawyers have been promoted to partners of the firm effective January 1, 2014.

Barker, CamCam Barker focuses his practice on appellate and complex commercial litigation.  He is a 2005 honors graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, where he was Book Review Editor of the Law Review.  Cam was a clerk on the Second Circuit with Chief Judge John M. Walker, Jr., and on the Federal Circuit with Judge William C. Bryson, before working at the Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Cam was recognized in 2013 as a "Texas Rising Star" by Super Lawyers.  He was also recognized by the Texas Lawyer as one of its 2013  "Appellate Lawyers of the Week"   in connection with a Fifth Circuit asylum victory.

James ZuckerJim Zucker has been a trial lawyer with the firm since 2008 and focuses his practice on commercial litigation.  He is a 2007 honors graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was Editor in Chief of the Law Review.  Jim clerked on the Fifth Circuit with Judge Jerry E. Smith.

Prior to law school, Jim was a member of Teach For America.  He also served as an armor officer in the United States Army.
