Yetter Coleman is once again named a leading commercial litigation firm in Texas by Chambers and Partners, in its 2015 Chambers USA:  America’s Leading Lawyers for Business annual directory.

Chambers reports that clients note the firm’s strengths as follows:  “They paid such attention to detail.  They thought of things that I would never have thought of.  I cannot imagine how anyone could have done better.  We didn’t have to worry about anything.”

Managing partner, Paul Yetter, is ranked as a Texas Leading Individual in Band 1, Litigation: Commercial Litigation.  Clients describe him as “very insightful on strategizing an entire case – he knows how to make things work for juries” and as a “smart, practical, and wonderful oral advocate.”

Appellate practice leader, Reagan Simpson, is ranked as a Texas Leading Individual in Band 1, Appellate, and in Band 2 of Energy & Natural Resources.  Clients described Reagan as “a brilliant lawyer,” who is noted for his expertise in energy disputes before trial and appellate courts.

New to the list is Collin Cox, who is recognized as “Up and Coming” in Texas Commercial Litigation.  He is described by clients as “superb” and “a fabulous young trial lawyer.”  Collin’s recent trade secret plaintiff win for Business Logic, which resulted in a $61 million settlement for the client, was notably highlighted.
