Ping’s principal area of practice was corporate and securities law. She has participated in a great variety of transactions involving both sovereign and private issuers. She represented United States corporations, banks and insurance companies; Japanese and Korean banks and corporations; Canadian companies; and Chinese government entities, banks and corporations in a wide range of domestic and international financings. These included both equity and debt, and both public and private offerings.

Prior to joining the firm, Ping practiced law in New York City with White & Case LLP and Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP. She was raised in Shanghai and is fluent in Mandarin.
