Cody Rutowski has joined Yetter Coleman as its newest associate.
Cody's practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and appeals. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked with the Honorable Ed E. Carnes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Honorable W. Keith Watkins of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
Cody received his law degree from Harvard in 2017 and served as an Executive Editor for the Harvard Law Review.
"We are very pleased to welcome another outstanding associate like Cody to our firm," said Collin Cox, partner. "His background and accomplishments, including two clerkships, ensures he will hit the ground running for our clients and complements our roster of high-caliber young legal talent."
