Yetter Coleman secures favorable patent ruling for energy client regarding blowout preventer technology

Yetter Coleman represented an energy client in a patent infringement case against a land and offshore drilling rig manufacturer and supplier involving blowout preventer (BOP) technology.  The Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, issued an opinion on summary judgment, holding that our client did not infringe the other manufacturer’s patents, but the manufacturer did infringe our energy clients’ patents.
