Yetter Coleman completed a very busy 2010 with oral argument for Skinner v. Switzer presented before the United States Supreme Court in October, and oral argument presented before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for Morton v. City of Boerne, Texas in December. Preparations are also ongoing for clients in connection with seven separate trials and arbitrations scheduled during the first quarter of 2011.
