Appellate litigators Chris Ward and Cam Barker recently presented “Advocacy By Example: A Video-Based Review” for NAAGTRI’s appellate practice conferences. The program provides practical insights for making effective oral arguments before the federal courts of appeals and state supreme courts. They also presented the program for the California Office of the Attorney General in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Kevin Terrazas also presented it in Chicago for the Illinois Office of the Attorney General, and Chris Ward presented it in Washington, D.C.
