Texas Lawyer and Verdict Search have named Doctors Hospital, et al. v. Beasley Insurance to their 2014 Verdicts Hall of Fame.
Yetter Coleman represented the hospital and its lender in connection with pursuing insurance claims arising out of hurricane damage. After a three-week trial in 2010, the jury issued a $32.5 million verdict in favor of our plaintiff.
In 2010 it was noted as the largest non-IP verdict in Texas federal court, and named the year’s #1 Insurance and #14 overall of the Top Texas Verdicts.
