Elizabeth Wyman Named to Houston Area Women’s Center Board of Directors

Elizabeth Wyman has been named to the Board of Directors of the Houston Area Women’s Center.

The organization’s mission focuses on ending domestic and sexual violence and supports all in building safe and healthy lives through advocacy, counseling, education, shelter and support services.

“After working with HAWC’s Young Leaders group for a number of years, I’m excited to contribute to its important mission from a different perspective,” says Wyman, who joined Yetter Coleman as an associate in 2013 after practicing several years as an Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney’s office in New York City.

Houston Area Women’s Center provides assistance to nearly 100,000 community members and celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2017. More information about its mission can be found here.
