Partner Connie Pfeiffer has been elected to the Board of Governors of the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit (BAFFC), representing the Southern District of Texas.

BAFFC is focused on improving and facilitating administration of justice in the federal courts within the Fifth Circuit, with thousands of attorney members who are committed to raising the standards of proficiency and integrity in federal practice. Pfeiffer will be involved in planning substantive programming for the Fifth Circuit’s biannual Judicial Conference set for May 2022 in Nashville.

Pfeiffer leads Yetter Coleman’s appellate practice. She has an extensive record of success in state and federal appellate courts, including regularly appearing before and arguing in the Texas Supreme Court.  She is a board-certified appellate specialist that provides strategic counsel to plaintiffs and defendants in a wide spectrum of industries involving complex business disputes, legal malpractice and fiduciary claims, personal injury, statutory, and procedural issues.
