Yetter Coleman LLP partner Robert Woods and senior counsel Audrey Hendricks will speak at the Institute for Energy Law (IEL) Midstream Conference on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at the Norris Conference Centers in Houston, Texas.
Woods will participate in the 3:30-4:15 p.m. session, Royalty Litigation from a Midstream Perspective. This session will cover how midstream companies become involved in royalty litigation and highlight common complications and pitfalls in these disputes. She will also discuss the legal and market outlook for the U.S. LNG industry.
Woods specializes in high-stakes oil and gas disputes, including royalty, lease termination, subsurface trespass, JOA, processing/gathering agreements, environmental contamination, surface use and similar cases nationwide. He has presented opening statements and cross-examined witnesses in significant trials and arbitrations and provides strategic counsel to help clients resolve disputes outside the courtroom or avoid them altogether.
Hendricks has 20 years of experience in complex commercial and tort litigation, primarily in the oil and gas industry. She previously managed litigation in-house for Exxon Mobil Corporation and is known for her tenacious and efficient approach to resolving complicated legal matters.
