2025 Pro Bono Update

We are pleased to present the 2025 edition of Yetter Coleman’s Pro Bono Update, showcasing the public service work our attorneys have proudly undertaken this year.

Our commitment to access to justice is not separate from our work as litigators — it is an expression of it. Each year, our attorneys bring the same rigor and advocacy they apply in the courtroom to pro bono matters that make a real difference in people’s lives, from the highest appellate courts to families navigating crises at home.

This year’s report features our ongoing efforts to hold the VA accountable for wrongfully denying veterans’ education benefits, three family law matters resolved through our partnership with Houston Volunteer Lawyers, and amicus briefs submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court on pressing issues of national concern. We also proudly surpassed 3,000 pro bono hours, including full associate participation — a testament to the culture of service that defines our firm.
