Yetter Coleman LLP is welcoming the return of Stephani Cink as senior counsel to support the firm’s litigation teams in managing the growing complexity of e-discovery and electronically stored information (ESI) governance.
Cink rejoins the firm after serving as senior counsel at ConocoPhillips, where she led the company’s enterprise e-discovery and legal hold program across a broad range of complex matters, including commercial, technology, securities, antitrust and environmental disputes. She advised senior leadership on litigation risk as well as emerging technologies, including AI-enabled legal tools. In this role, Cink partnered with compliance and information governance teams across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific.
“Stephani brings a depth of understanding for both the legal strategy and the technical complexity of modern discovery that is crucial to our work,” said Tracy N. LeRoy, a Yetter Coleman managing partner “As the volume and sophistication of ESI continues to grow, having a dedicated resource of Stephani’s caliber allows our trial teams to move faster, work smarter and deliver better outcomes for our clients. We are thrilled to have her back.”
Having spent 11 years with Yetter Coleman prior to joining ConocoPhillips, Cink is very familiar with the firm’s clients, matters and standards. Her practice spans the full lifecycle of discovery, from advising on preservation and forensic collection, including complex cross-border and privacy issues, to negotiating ESI protocols, overseeing privilege review and production, and handling third-party subpoena responses. She also advises on AI-assisted review and emerging legal issues related to technology in litigation.
Cink received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her B.A. in English from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. She is licensed in Texas and admitted to practice in the Southern District of Texas.
