Gonzales was also featured in the 2026 IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders publication for the United States, which highlights selected individuals from the broader IAM Strategy 300.
Gonzales represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex patent, trade secret and other intellectual property disputes in federal courts across the country and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. A registered patent attorney with a mechanical engineering background, she also advises clients on pre-suit investigations, licensing arrangements and other intellectual property strategies beyond the courtroom.
