Lily E. Hann

Lily Hann focuses on complex civil appeals. She leverages her strategic, methodical approach to protect client wins and reverse losses.

A former clerk for the Texas Supreme Court, Lily is adept at reframing the trial record and crafting resonant arguments. She has particular experience litigating supersedeas and temporary appellate relief in trial and appellate courts. Lily has written and presented on these complex areas of litigation, serving as an informed and trusted guide to clients navigating what can be a fast-paced process.

Lily appears frequently before the Texas Supreme Court and other Texas courts of appeals, as well as the Fifth Circuit. Her current docket includes appeals involving multimillion-dollar contract disputes and tort claims, as well as litigation against the state. Lily also maintains an active pro bono practice.

A California native, Lily received her J.D. with honors from the University of Michigan Law School. She previously practiced at a large international law firm in New York City.
