Professional Summary

Alex's practice is focused on complex commercial litigation.  He has represented clients in cases involving mass tort insurance coverage litigation, securities class actions, and reinsurance arbitrations. He also is well versed in document production, addressing discovery disputes, preparing for fact and expert witness depositions, and trial testimony.

Alex received his J.D. from New York University School of Law where he served as Executive Editor of the NYU Law Review.  Alex was a judicial extern for Judge Dennis Jacobs, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York, and a judicial intern for Judge Marcy S. Friedman of the New York County Supreme Court, Commercial Division.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex practiced with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York.
