Yetter Coleman Assists Client In Securing Pay-Nothing, With-Prejudice Dismissal of $16 Billion Antitrust Claims and Injunction Against Unlawful Mainframe Software

Yetter Coleman assisted in defending IBM Corp. in an antitrust lawsuit brought by Neon Enterprise Software LLC.

The suit was dropped on May 31, 2011, with Neon agreeing to no longer sell one of its mainframe software products, zPrime.
