Yetter Coleman successfully defended Noble Energy in a personal injury and nuisance lawsuit that was filed in Texas involving an alleged accident that occurred in Colorado.
After briefing and argument, the Texas court granted our client’s motion to dismiss for forum non conveniens, dismissing the lawsuit with prejudice.
