Yetter Coleman LLP is pleased to announce that Reagan W. Simpson has joined the firm as a partner and head of the firm’s appellate practice. Simpson brings more than 30 years of appellate and trial experience in state and federal courts involving commercial and tort disputes. Recognized as “one of the most respected appellate attorneys in the state of Texas” in the 2010 Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, Reagan is one of an elite group of lawyers in the country who are Fellows of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.

“We are delighted to welcome someone of Reagan’s caliber, both as a person and as a lawyer, to lead our appellate practice,” said Paul Yetter, the firm’s Managing Partner. “Reagan adds a depth of experience and skill that complements our growing appellate team. We look forward to the remarkable advocacy and seasoned experience he will offer to clients in cases here in Texas and across the country.”

The firm’s appellate team now consists of 13 lawyers, including two former U.S. Supreme Court clerks and 11 former federal judicial clerks. “Yetter Coleman’s appellate group is top-tier, with solid experience arguing a number of successful and challenging cases,” said Simpson. “I look forward to working with the appellate team and further enhancing the firm’s focus on providing clients with integrated trial and appellate counsel and the highest level of client service.”
