Yetter Coleman Wins State Court Jury Trial in Texas for National Sports Media Company

Yetter Coleman represented a sports media and marketing company that organizes and runs high school sporting events on behalf of sponsors such as Nike.  The parent company and an operating subsidiary, most assets of which now belong to ESPN, were involved in a disputed contract involving exclusive production of an annual high school football event.  After a three-week trial in Houston, the jury returned a verdict  vindicating our client and finding no liability on any count.

George Fibbe first-chaired the case and trial for Yetter Coleman, supported by Marc Tabolsky, Allison Lawler, and Debbie Karakowsky.
