Paul Yetter was recently inducted as Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. Joining an elite group of 500 active U.S. trial lawyers, the Academy invites those who have attained the highest level of advocacy and honors their achievements of excellence through demonstrated skill and ability in jury trials, bench trials, and appellate practice.
Paul represents plaintiffs and defendants in three areas of disputes –antitrust/securities, intellectual property, and business torts/contract. For nearly 35 years he has been lead counsel in defending and prosecuting lawsuits and arbitrations around the country in a range of industries, including energy, technology, aviation, and finance. Paul is active in the Bar and chairs statewide groups that work to promote the funding, education, and resources of the Texas state judiciary.
Texas Lawyer magazine honored Paul as its 2016 “Attorney of the Year” in recognition of the reform work done on behalf of Texas children. Similarly, he and the firm were honored by Children’s Rights, a national watchdog organization advocating on behalf of abused and neglected children, with its prestigious Champion Award.
