Yetter Coleman Secures Trade Secret Permanent Injunction and $2.25 Million for StollerUSA

We represented StollerUSA and Stoller Enterprises, a world leader in agri-science and specialty agricultural products, in seeking damages of over $1.3 million on a breach of contract claim and additional damages and permanent injunctive relief for Lanham Act, unfair competition, and trade secrets claims against Agri-Science Technologies, a former Stoller distributor, and its principal, David Alexander.

Judge Sim Lake in the Southern District of Texas fast-tracked the case, and discovery and pretrial proceedings were completed in only five months.  We obtained a settlement weeks before trial whereby the defendants will pay Stoller $2.25 million and agreed to a permanent injunction barring further manufacture or sale of counterfeit Stoller products, misuse of Stoller information, and misrepresentations.

Our team was led by Tracy LeRoy, along with Paul Yetter and Rhuju Vasavada.
