Yetter Coleman is pleased to welcome Katie Tipper-McWhorter as senior counsel.
Katie’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has broad experience representing clients in cases involving alleged breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duties, fraud, misrepresentation, non-disclosure agreements, trade secrets, and non-compete agreements. Katie also regularly handles contract claims, construction claims, DTPA claims, and professional liability matters.
Katie is recognized as “One to Watch” in commercial litigation by Best Lawyers in America and as a “Texas Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers. She joins the firm after practicing with Greenberg Traurig and Hicks Thomas in Houston.
