Bailey brings a commanding blend of technical and legal experience that strengthens the firm’s ability to serve clients across a range of industries focused on emerging and sophisticated technologies. With a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Biology providing her with a strong foundation in both engineering principles and life sciences, Bailey’s dual technical background enables her to work seamlessly with inventors, engineers, and scientists, translating complex technical concepts into clear, strategic legal advice.
Prior to joining Yetter Coleman, Bailey served as in-house counsel at Dell Technologies, where she gained invaluable insight into the business and operational priorities of technology companies. This experience equips her to deliver practical, business-focused advice to clients navigating complex intellectual property issues in fast-moving industries.
Bailey’s practice includes representing clients in patent, trade secret, and technology-related disputes in federal courts, the International Trade Commission, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Her background in drafting and prosecuting patents before the USPTO is an asset in developing and informing litigation strategy. She also advises on IP strategy and risk management, leveraging her technical skills and in-house experience to help clients protect and maximize the value of their innovations.
