Yetter Coleman Welcomes Fernando Stepensky

Yetter Coleman is pleased to announce that Fernando Stepensky has joined the firm’s commercial litigation team as an associate.

Fernando’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities and white collar matters in both state and federal court. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Krissa M. Lanham of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

Fernando earned his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School, where he participated in the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic as a student attorney and served on mentorship committees for the Latinx Law Students Association and First Generation Professionals. He holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Philosophy and Journalism from the University of Southern California.

Fernando is bilingual in Spanish and is admitted to practice in Texas and Illinois.
