Seven Yetter Coleman lawyers are recognized in the 2026 Lawdragon Leading Litigators Guide, underscoring our firm’s depth of experience handling complex litigation.
Paul Yetter, Jamie A. Aycock, Bryce L. Callahan, Tracy N. LeRoy, Connie H. Pfeiffer, Reagan W. Simpson and James E. Zucker were all included in this year’s list for their work representing clients facing challenging litigation.
This prestigious guide spotlights outstanding advocates who have made their mark representing clients in their most important courtroom, investigative and appellate battles. As Lawdragon notes, honorees “have changed the course of industry and individual businesses, shaped our nation and the enforcement of its laws, and continued to uphold the role of the law as a beacon and shared imperative.”
Yetter’s practice covers a range of commercial disputes, focused on antitrust/securities, intellectual property and contracts/business torts. Representing plaintiffs as often as defendants, he has clients in the energy, technology, finance and aviation industries. Yetter has tried three class actions to verdict in recent years and handled appeals in multiple federal and state courts.
Aycock is a business trial lawyer who handles high-stakes complex commercial, appellate and restructuring-related litigation. He represents a wide range of plaintiffs and defendants in complex suits involving breaches of contract and business torts, especially energy-related companies. Aycock has regularly served as lead trial counsel in contested Chapter 11 proceedings.
Callahan is a high-stakes trial lawyer representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout Texas and across the United States. With experience in a wide variety of business and contract disputes, including antitrust, securities and trade secret misappropriation, he has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of plaintiffs and successfully defended clients against billions of dollars in claims.
LeRoy is a trial lawyer who handles high-stakes business litigation. Much of her practice focuses on disputes in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry, including cases involving the exploration, production and transportation of oil and gas, drilling rights, operating obligations, leasehold disputes, renewable fuel commodities, mineral rights and pipeline issues.
Pfeiffer leads Yetter Coleman’s appellate practice. A board-certified appellate specialist, she provides strategic counsel to plaintiffs and defendants in a broad spectrum of cases involving complex business disputes, legal malpractice and fiduciary claims, personal injury, statutory matters and procedural issues. Pfeiffer has an extensive record of success in state and federal appellate courts, including regularly appearing before and arguing in the Texas Supreme Court.
Simpson focuses on complex commercial litigation and appeals in the areas of tort, personal injury and commercial torts. He is a Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, a distinction given to only a small number of practicing lawyers in the U.S.
Zucker is a trial lawyer who represents companies in complex commercial litigation. While many of his clients are in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry, Zucker also has experience in a broad range of industries, including technology, financial services, medical and governmental entities.
