Leading trial and appellate boutique Yetter Coleman LLP has signed a lease to relocate its Houston office to 600 Travis Street, one of the city’s premier business towers. The firm will occupy 43,906 square feet on two floors, providing a modern workspace with flexibility and room for future growth.
“We are in a period of success and growth at Yetter Coleman, and we require additional space to accommodate our needs, both now and in the future,” said partner Jim Zucker. “The new office is modern, efficient, and welcoming, which is critical to a team as productive as ours. And we will be in good company, surrounded by other prominent firms and businesses. It is the right location for us with stunning facilities. We look forward to welcoming our clients and friends there.”
The relocation supports Yetter Coleman’s continued strategic growth by investing in office space that enhances collaboration and client service, strengthening the firm’s ability to handle complex, high-stakes trial and appellate matters.
The 75-story tower at 600 Travis Street is one of Houston’s most recognizable office buildings. It is surrounded by restaurants, hotels and parks, with excellent transit access. The property features recently updated common areas and high-end conference capabilities.
Yetter Coleman will move to the new office space later this spring from its current location at 811 Main Street.
