Yetter Coleman LLP partner Tracy LeRoy has been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2026 Top 250 Women in Litigation – South for the first time.
The Top 250 Women in Litigation list recognizes leading female litigators who have participated in some of the most impactful litigation matters and earned the respect of their peers and clients. Honorees are selected through several phases of research, including reviews, client feedback and one-on-one interviews.
LeRoy handles complex commercial and energy litigation and has led teams in several significant matters in recent years. She co-led the Yetter Coleman team that secured and ultimately defended a $70 million jury verdict for Triad Hunter LLC against Westlake Chemical Corp. in a subsurface trespass dispute. After multiple post-trial challenges and appeals, the judgment was upheld and grew to $76 million with interest, which Westlake paid in full in July 2025.
LeRoy also recently served as lead counsel for ConocoPhillips in a Winter Storm Uri dispute involving more than $18 million in claimed damages, securing a judgment in the company’s favor following a four-day bench trial.
