Fernando Stepensky - Yetter Coleman

Fernando Stepensky’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in both state and federal court in commercial and securities disputes as well as white collar matters.

Fernando clerked for the Honorable Krissa M. Lanham of the District of Arizona. Before clerking, Fernando practiced at Latham & Watkins in Chicago. He is bilingual in Spanish and served as a student attorney for the Mandel Legal Aid Clinic’s Immigrants’ Rights Clinic while in law school.

Fernando earned his J.D. from The University of Chicago, where he served on the mentorship committees for the Latinx Law Students Association and First Generation Professionals. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Philosophy and Journalism.
