Shayna Goldblatt Proler

Shayna represents appellants, appellees, and amici.

Drawing on her clerkship experiences, Shayna focuses on crafting clear, compelling, and helpful briefs.  In practicing before state and federal courts, Shayna relishes the challenge of simplifying dense records and nuanced legal concepts.

Beyond briefing, Shayna has presented oral argument and helps others prepare to do so. She also enjoys serving as both drafter and resource for trial teams as they navigate key pretrial rulings, dispositive motions, and jury charges.

Before joining the Firm, Shayna clerked for federal circuit and district court judges. She also represented commercial litigation clients at Baker Botts.
