Yetter Coleman Welcomes Casey Downing As Trial Associate

Casey Downing has joined Yetter Coleman as its newest associate.

Casey represents plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, civil RICO, and other causes of action. He regularly represents companies and directors in class-action securities and derivative lawsuits, including in federal and state courts in Texas, New York, and the Delaware Chancery Court. Casey also represents companies and individuals in connection with internal investigations and investigations initiated by the U.S. Dept. of Justice or the SEC.

After receiving his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2014, Casey clerked with the Hon. Raymond J. Dearie in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn. He previously has practiced with Vinson & Elkins and Quinn Emanuel in Houston, and with Hogan Lovells in New York.

“Casey’s background and experience are an excellent fit for the type of complex litigation our clients entrust to us to handle and we are excited to have him join our special team,” said Tim McConn, partner.
