Yetter Coleman is pleased to announce that Amy Farish will become a partner of the firm effective January 1, 2023.
Farish joined Yetter Coleman in 2019 after completing a Texas Supreme Court clerkship with the Hon. Debra Lehrmann and working as an associate at Baker Botts LLP in Houston and Dallas. She is a 2015 honors graduate of The University of Texas School of Law.
Amy represents a wide range of clients, including IBM, GE, Forum Energy Technologies, ConocoPhillips, and Energy Transfer, in complex commercial and intellectual property disputes and securities class actions. She was recognized in 2022 as “One to Watch” in commercial litigation by Best Lawyers in America. Amy also leads the firm’s pro bono practice and currently serves on the Houston Young Lawyers’ Foundation Board of Trustees.
“Amy is an outstanding addition to our partnership – she is a tireless advocate for our clients and a dedicated firm leader and colleague who reflects the best qualities of our culture,” says Tracy LeRoy, partner and a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
“I am thrilled to reach this career milestone with such a special firm,” says Farish. “I am especially proud to have been asked to join the partnership while on maternity leave. The support and mentorship that I have received here is invaluable and I am excited to keep growing as an attorney while hopefully passing on some of what I have learned to the exceptional young talent rising through the ranks. Our firm does a wonderful job of providing the highest level of counsel and service to our clients and I look forward to continuing to contribute to that effort.”
