Courtney Smith, Yetter Coleman’s Paralegal Manager, has been selected by the State Bar of Texas as the recipient of its 2023 Pro Bono Support Staff Award.
The award recognizes Courtney’s work as part of a team of lawyers who successfully assisted a teenage girl in a critical immigration case that prevented her from being returned to a dangerous living situation in El Salvador, as well as her commitment over many years in providing paralegal support on cases handled by the firm.
