Murphy, who joined the firm in April, is a seasoned trial lawyer representing clients in complex commercial disputes across the country. His practice focuses on high-stakes litigation involving business disputes, toxic tort and product liability claims, environmental matters, catastrophic events and insurance coverage issues. He has served as counsel in more than 30 jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and administrative hearings nationwide.
